About Our Team

Our Team’s goal is to provide our residents with a therapeutic milieu that promotes and rewards positive change. Our programs were developed with a strong belief that adolescents with these problems must be held accountable and responsible for their behaviors and that they can be rehabilitated and returned safely to the community as positive, productive, responsible citizens. This is accomplished by our highly trained Treatment Team working with each child individually and in group sessions. In addition, the team meets regularly to discuss each child’s goals and what could be done further to assist him in his progress through our program.
